Every order placed from this menu ships the same way: from Amazon's shelves, by Amazon's couriers, under Amazon's promises. We keep no warehouse and pack no boxes — the flakes go from the dock in Japan to Amazon's fulfillment network, and from there to your door.

That means Prime timelines apply where you have them, tracking appears in your Amazon account the moment a label is printed, and delivery questions are answered fastest in Amazon's own order pages — they can see your parcel; we genuinely cannot.

One practical note from the kitchen: bonito flakes are feather-light, so bags sometimes arrive looking half-inflated. That is the nitrogen flush doing its job, not missing product — weigh the net, not the balloon.
